"I'm thinking about licensing my framework to other coaches. If the whole method is in a $25 book, what's left to license?"

"If I want this thing to land when it comes out, what should I be doing now, 6 months ahead?"

None of these have generic answers. The right call depends on your specific business, which is why you want someone who's done this for a living answering them—not Google or ChatGPT. That's what the Book Bestie Hotline is.
How it works: you send me your questions on Voxer (an app, voice or text, whatever you like) whenever they come up, and I get back to you within 72 business hours with a real answer about your book and your business, one topic at a time. 

It's month to month, up to 3 months—long enough to get clarity on the big questions and short enough that you're not procrastinating in strategy instead of getting started ;) - (cancel anytime). 

By the end, you'll know which book to write, who it's for, and how it can earn you clients, speaking, and authority, so you can go write it knowing it's the right one. 

And you'll have skipped the expensive version, where you spend six months on a book that does nothing for your business. 

The Hotline is for book strategy. In other words: the decisions you need to make to make sure this becomes a business asset and not just another "thing" that doesn't work for you. 

The writing itself (outlining, drafting, editing, and publishing) happens inside my Damn Good Book group program or my 10-month one-on-one program, Author Alchemy, so questions like "Can you read this chapter and tell me if it's good?" aren't the right fit here. If we get to a point where you'd be better off in one of those, I'll let you know, but I won't pressure you.
